First Time Buyers in Indy are Getting Younger
Here is a pretty cool article about home buyers in the Indy Area: http://www.indystar.com/assets/pdf/BG890171018.DOC
It basically says that over 50% of the potential home buyers in our area for 2008 are between the ages of 21 and 34. This is happening mainly because first-time buyers do not have to wait on a home to sell before they buy. In a nut shell- if you don't have a home to sell and are contemplating buying - it is the PERFECT time! :)
